Radyo Bulilit is a radio program designed to provide its target audience with a profound understanding of Early Childhood Care and Development (ECCD) in the Philippines. Produced collaboratively by the ECCD Council and Radyo Pilipinas, the program serves as a beacon, shedding light on crucial aspects of ECCD such as early learning, health and nutrition, and social services for children and their families.

The program’s primary audience encompassed stakeholders who were deeply committed to the well-being and development of children during their formative years. These individuals not only cared for children but also played an active role in crafting programs aimed at enhancing their early experiences.

Distinguished experts and resource persons from various fields related to early childhood care and development were featured in the program. Our guests included health workers, specialized medical practitioners in early childhood, leaders, and program officers from non-governmental organizations, as well as national and local government executives.

Since its debut on June 2, 2019, Radyo Bulilit aired every Saturday via Radyo Pilipinas 738 AM Station, extending its reach to audiences in Tuguegarao, Cebu, and Davao through regional stations. The program was also transmitted to 13 other Radyo Pilipinas provincial stations, amounting to a total of 17 stations across the nation. Over its duration, Radyo Bulilit connected with numerous radio listeners and live stream viewers, effectively disseminating crucial knowledge about ECCD throughout the country. The program’s legacy endures as a beacon of enlightenment within the realm of early childhood development.
