A one-day event initiated by the LGU before the start of classes. It gathers people in the community such as teachers, parents, and other stakeholders to help in refurbishing their National Child Development Center (NCDC) and Child Development Centers (CDCs). During the event, stakeholders can also organize and provide other ECCD services such as conducting initial height and weight measurement, medical and dental missions, and even organizing book and toy drives for the centers.
