Kwentuhang Bulilit is an online program created to provide invaluable insights into Early Childhood Care and Development (ECCD) within the Philippine context. This audio-video initiative, produced by the ECCD Council, serves as a dynamic platform to enhance the understanding of ECCD among service providers and stakeholders.

Diving into the realms of early learning, health and nutrition, and social services, “Kwentuhang Bulilit” caters to a diverse audience, including parents of children aged 0-4, dedicated preschool teachers, local government officials, and even national leadership figures. It bridges gaps in understanding and facilitate productive conversations around ECCD for all stakeholders.

This program came to life through captivating weekly episodes that aired every Friday via Facebook Live on the ECCD Council’s official Facebook page. With the goal of reaching a wider audience, the Council had partnered with Binan City, Laguna. This collaboration extended to the local airwaves, with broadcasts on Binan 87.9, while simultaneously engaging audiences nationwide through live streaming on their official Facebook page.
